Seller’S Story - I have lived and worked in Berkswell Hall for nearly 50 years from the time it was converted from a single home and am reluctantly selling.
When I first saw the flat at 12 Berkswell Hall I fell in love with the view of the lake with the swans and herons and ducks and open fields all around filled with sheep and baby lambs prancing around from time to time like being in Shakespeare's Warwickshie countryside with Stratford on Avon theatre down the road .
I used to jog all around the lake and through the weir at the end of the stream that runs through it. I have swum across to the island at one end and walked across thick ice in the depths of winter and warmed up in front of a blazing open log fire in
