Very close to the water of the Ria Formosa, you enter this spacious villa in the large living room with lounge and dining area. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped. From the living room and kitchen you come outside on the spacious pátio.

A beautiful nature stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 suites each with their own bathroom, one with shower and the other with a separate bath and shower cabin. Both bedrooms have a spacious balcony (one on the east side and the other on the west side).
An outside staircase leads to the large roof terrace where you can spend many relaxing hours, for example in the Jacuzzi. The view from the roof terrace is truly magnificent, with the beautiful colors of the Ria Formosa nature park and the ocean.
The villa is in good condition and all rooms are air-conditioned.
It already has a license for holiday rentals (Alojamento Local), so it offers a very good investment. But also as a permanent home this house offers everything you want as a family.
You can use the two beautiful swimming pools that the Fuseta Ria Resort offers for a yearly additional fee.
Within walking distance of all the facilities the cozy village of Fuseta has to offer, the beach and the ferry to the island of Fuseta, ten minutes drive from the fascinating towns Olhão and Tavira and half an hour from the airport in Faro and the Spanish border.
