Dinton is an understandably popular village delightfully located in the heart of the Nadder Valley and about 9 miles to the west of Salisbury. There is a public house within easy walking distance to the property, primary school and Phillips House (National Trust). Excellent walking can be enjoyed in the surrounding unspoilt downland countryside and nearby at Wilton there are good local amenities including a weekly market and there are doctor’s surgeries. There are further amenities in Fovant about 2 miles to the south and Tisbury which also has a mainline railway station connecting to Salisbury and onto London Waterloo. The A303 to the north provides a convenient road link to London via the M3 and the West Country.

There is a large west facing garden to the rear of the property which is predominantly accessed from the main living area however, there is side access as well. The garden has been well thought out and there are plenty of outdoor sockets and an outside tap. Additionally, there is a large double garage which has an electric door as well as driveway parking for four/five cars.

From Salisbury take the A30 to Wilton and continue on to Barford St Martin, turn right on the sharp left hand bend onto the B3089.
