Lauren Schofield - Property Management Coordinator

Since joining the team in February 2013 Lauren has become an integral part of the business. Her duties include assisting with all check in appointments, making scheduled visits to tenanted properties to ensure everything is good and looking after the tenancy renewal process. Elizabeth Richardson - Director

Franchise owner Elizabeth overseas the management of the office and the team, handling the office accounts and processing receipt of rents and passing payments to Landlords. The highest standards of excellent customer care are of the utmost importance with a professional and friendly approach to everyone regardless of their status or background. Landlord payments are completed at least twice weekly to ensure there are no delays in passing received rents across.
