Trains to Slough, Hayes, Ealing and London Paddington is 20 minutes. Bus stop and shelter is right across the road.

The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is also a good size and has full sized window doors that lead on the terrace. The bathroom is modern and well equipped. The outdoor terrace overlooks the communal garden area and it is large enough to accommodate a garden table and chairs, BBQ and more. There is a private allocated parking space in the secure underground garage and a lift.

West Drayton / Yiewsley town centre and mainline station is an 8 minute walk with a local Sainsbury 2 minutes walk away. Or take the bus that runs every 10 minutes from the bus stop outside our apartment block.

Rent directly from the apartment owners who live locally. There are no fees to pay, 1 month rent is payable up-front, references and credit checks will be taken. The rent includes all maintenance service charges. It does NOT include council tax, utility bills or Wifi services.

  • Holding Deposit: a maximum of 1 week's rent - once a suitable tenant is found, the landlord collects the Holding Deposit while the tenant gets all references together for Landlord checks. If the Tenant's checks fail and the landlord decides NOT to offer the property the Holding Deposit WILL BE refunded. If the Tenant changes his/her mind after the process the Holding Deposit WILL NOT BE refunded.  The Holding Deposit will be deducted from the first month's rent.
