From our Hay-on-Wye office, head northwest on Castle Street, then bear left onto Lion Street. Continue to the junction and turn right onto Broad Street (B4350). After approximately 100 metres, turn left onto the B4351 towards Clyro and continue for 1 mile. At the junction, turn left onto the A438 and proceed for 1.9 miles. Turn right onto the lane signposted Mill Cottages in Llowes. Continue for 1 kilometre and then turn left, the property can be found on the side of the road.
