To the upper storey are three bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a house bathroom. There is an attached single garage and parking facilities with attractive easily managed gardens.
The main feature of this lovely home is its idyllic rural setting. The house is only a couple of miles from Skipton but sits in a delightful woodland setting. Rylstone is an attractive rural hamlet mid-way between Skipton and Grassington, and also between Hetton and Cracoe, so that The Angel and Devonshire Arms are both within a mile. Both Skipton and Grassington are circa 4 miles away, both offering an excellent range of shops, social/sporting amenities and schools, as the village is within the catchment area for both Upper Wharfedale school at Threshfield, and the Girls’ High and Ermysteds at Skipton.
From Skipton take the B6265 Grassington Road, continue for approximately a mile and a half, take the third right hand turn into Scale House Woodlands. After taking this turn, follow the road around to the right after approximately 50 yards then after a short distance the property will be visible and easily identified by our Dacre, Son and Hartley ‘For Sale’ board.
