Our neighbours are friendly & many split their time between here and overseas.

What attracted you to this specific house and location?
The house is in a heart of Chelsea and we couldnt believe it was actually detached with garage.

What would you like to tell parents about the benefits of raising children here?
There are so many world-class schools within walking distance.

What made you choose this property over the others that were available?
The house has the opportunity to have basement and 3rd floor but we found we didn't actually need the extra space after all.

How convenient is it for commuting from here?
Westend can be reached in 30 minutes and to the City 45 minutes.
Kings Road is just 5 minute walk & Sloan square too.

What can you tell us about the history of the property and how it has been adapted by previous owners?
I understand the house was built in 1900 and made of Chelsea bricks.

Who do you think would be the ideal next owner?
Being a 3 bed detached with garage and potentail to extend, it could cater for all and being located centrally is perfect.

What changes have you made to the house since you've owned it?
I installed skylight, wood deck floor and wood trellis panel when I bought the house in 1996.
I updated the kitchen in 2010.

What's your favourite room and why?
Breakfast area, it is bright in the morning.
Backside patio is nice place for BBQ in summer
