Its charming rural outlook adds a sense of serenity, while the adjacent built-in storage provides everyday convenience. The second bedroom windows bathe the space in natural light and frame views across the grounds. Bedroom three and bedroom four are both excellent-sized doubles, each filled with character and charm. Whether styled as children’s rooms, home offices, or creative studios, they offer complete flexibility to suit any lifestyle. The family bathroom is well positioned to serve all bedrooms, featuring tasteful finishes and traditional charm.

This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of local history with the comforts of modern living.
Sellers Story - We loved the situation of the cottage; it was in poor condition when we bought it. We could see its potential, and we could visualise how we would update, improve, and extend. It is a lovely family home, and the children loved playing in the garden.
Our favourite room is the conservatory, as it gets lots of sunshine and has lovely views of the garden. Although, we also love the lounge when we light the wood burner, as it’s really warm and a lovely family room. Our memorable events are doing the egg hunts with the grandchildren each year. It is such a good place to hide eggs, with so much outdoor space and more difficult hiding places in the woods for the older ones. We have enjoyed the situation—no immediate neighbours, but people close enough in the lane to not feel isolated—and the grounds are fantastic. We have pheasants, hares, and muntjac deer. We will definitely miss the open views, the fact that we get sunshine at all times, and the lane community.
Location - The nearby towns of Coleshill, Atherstone, and Sutton Coldfield are just a short drive away, providing a wide range of amenities including shops, restaurants, and schools. For commuters, the M6, M42, and A446 are easily accessible, offering convenient links to Birmingham, Coventry, and the wider Midlands. The surrounding area offers a variety of walking, cycling, and riding routes, with Shustoke Reservoir and Kingsbury Water Park both nearby. The location is also within easy reach of several respected golf courses and country pubs. Perfect for those looking to enjoy countryside living without compromising on accessibility.
