In a very panoramic position on the Magra Valley, with a privileged view of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the wonderful Apuan Alps, we offer a Stone House of about 190 square meters located inside an ancient village located at 400 meters above sea level.

The House is composed on the First Floor of an Entrance Hall, Eat-in Kitchen with Fireplace, large Living Room with Fireplace from which we can access a spacious Terrace of about 40 square meters. from which you can admire an incredible view. Three Bedrooms, large Hallway and Two Bathrooms. From the Terrace there is access to an independent Room that can be used both as a Bedroom and as a Study.

MULAZZO: It is located in the upper course of the Magra and extends from the bottom to the Apennine buttress that separates Vara's basin from Lunigiana and culminates in Cornoviglio Mountain. It develops north of the course of the Teglia torrent, including the valleys of Mangiola and Geriola.
