Details:
Pinewood Place is a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the eastern boundary of the small West Lothian town of Blackburn. The three-bedroom house has an integrated single garage and is set back from the road with a front garden incorporating a lawned area and a monoblock driveway and an enclosed back garden bordering on open countryside. In the back garden, there is a wooden pitched roof summer house with French doors leading onto a paved patio.
This delightful home, with tiled roof, harled walls and an open cantilevered porch, is in excellent condition and ready to move into.
The front door opens into the hall that gains light from the window at the head of the stairs. Double doors from the hall open into the sitting room and dining area that stretch the full depth of the house and adjoin each other by means of a framed Gothic style arch. The comfortable sitting room has a box bay window, and the dining area has French doors opening to the back garden. A continuous polished wooden floor runs throughout the entire area. The contemporary ergonomic kitchen overlooks the back garden. It has a plentiful amount of floor mounted storage, work surfaces with a wall protecting upstand and integrated appliances. The room is large enough to accommodate a dining table and offers access to a large cupboard under the stairs; there is also a side door to the path that connects the front and back gardens. A naturally lit WC with two-piece suite completes the ground floor.
The upper landing is naturally lit. There are three bedrooms; the principal bedroom overlooks the front of the house and has a wall length built-in wardrobe with twin sliding mirrored doors and the luxury of its own naturally lit shower room with three-piece suite. The two remaining double bedrooms are to the back of the house and both, again, have built-in wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors. One of these bedrooms is currently used as a study. The naturally lit family bathroom has a three-piece suite, including an 'L' shaped shower bath. The house is double glazed and has gas-fired central heating.
