Description

Prepare to be impressed! A stunning, immaculately presented 5 bedroom detached family house, built in 1981 by Bovis Homes. Generous established garden. Double garage & extensive parking. Convenient for Thorpe Bay station.

This attractive house has five generous Bedrooms, two of which have an Ensuite plus there's a main family Bathroom and excellent wardrobe and storage space across the first floor rooms. There's even two large Loft areas which could be converted into further accommodation; a playroom/hobby room (stpp) or kept as useful accessible storage. There is also the potential to create an Annex by perhaps converting part of the garage and incorporating the study and utility room (stpp).

Upon entering the house you'll find an enclosed Porch leading through to a spacious Reception Hall which has a large walk-in cloaks cupboard. The ground floor Cloakroom/WC is of generous proportions and has been beautifully tiled. There are three Reception Rooms affording excellent living space on the ground floor. The Living Room overlooks the front aspect and has a stunning feature fireplace. The Dining Room has doors on to the rear garden, whilst the separate Study is a sizable room for those that need to work from home.

You'll be impressed by the super Kitchen Breakfast Room as it's been beautifully fitted and designed to allow a large table and chairs adjacent to the peninsular breakfast bar and all overlooking the rear garden. Having a tiled floor and lovely working surfaces, you'll also find integrated appliances including the double oven, gas hob, extraction hood and dishwasher. There's more than ample cupboard and drawer space and it doesn't stop there as off the Kitchen is the separate Utility/Laundry Room where there's even more cupboard and drawer space, plumbing for the washing machine and further space for an extra fridge or freezer.

Upstairs to the spacious Landing which provides enough space for a sofa or desk. There's access to the loft space and a large walk-in storage cupboard plus the useful airing cupboard.

The master Bedroom suite offers a lovely sized bedroom with a range of fitted wardrobes plus a separate ensuite Dressing Room and a beautiful spacious Ensuite Bath and Shower Room. The second Bedroom also has an Ensuite Shower Room. There are three further double Bedrooms and a family Bathroom.

The integral Double Width Garage offers enough space to house two decent sized vehicles and still have enough space for storage. There's a door to the outside and also to the Utility/Laundry room which adds another level of convenience to this truly lovely family home.

Outside, the front garden also offers off-road parking for four vehicles. There's a little hideaway for the wheelie bins at the side of the house and a side gate which allows access to the rear garden.

At the rear of the house is a wide patio area which has adjacent lawn and then established trees, bushes and flower beds. Around to the other side of the house is a useful garden shed and storage area.

The garden offers privacy from neighbours and enough space to erect a Home Office or outbuilding (stpp).
