Just one of four thatched cottages that are not listed within the village, Wans North Cottage has been the subject of multiple external additions including a detached studio with a bar and ensuite shower room, and a further detached hobby room or office space. The cottage gardens wrap around the house and have been beautifully planted with a variety of flowers and trees.

The cosy living room centres around the striking inglenook fireplace with a working log burning stove. The original beams have been exposed overhead and the quaint cottage windows allow views over the surrounding gardens. Completing the ground floor is the luxury four-piece bathroom with a freestanding, rolltop bath.

On the first floor are two good size bedrooms with views over the gardens.
Outside:
The gardens at Wans North Cottage are utterly charming. The wrap-around gardens have been predominantly laid to lawn with well-stocked boarders. Also within the front gardens is a generous workshop and further stone log store/storage space.
The rear gardens offer the perfect space for outdoor entertaining in the sunshine.
Studio:
Constructed in 2017, the detached studio features a bar area, living space/additional bedroom and ensuite shower room and a large outdoor, composite decking area with an optional canopy.
