Property Details

Why the owner loves the property:
The main reasons we loved this house when we bought it was that every bedroom has a huge built-in wardrobe. Also the rooms were overall bigger than a lot of the other three bedroom places we saw, even ones at high prices. We also really like that the house is not overlooked at all at the back and there isn't another house opposite at the front. This coupled with the fact the house is on a private road makes it very private. The large second reception room was also something we didn't see in a lot of other houses so this was also a bonus for us. In general Banbury is a great location as it is right on the M40, making it easy to get to London or Birmingham by car. The train station also has regular trains to London and Birmingham. I used to work in London and morning commuter trains get you into Marylebone in less than an hour. Our house is also on the edge on the development and this just makes access all the more easy. It also means Sainsbury and the Steamhouse are only about a 1 minute walk which is super convenient.
