Letton Close is an unadopted road off the A354 (Salisbury road) on the northern outskirts of Blandford Forum. Being on the edge of town there is easy access out into the lovely surrounding countryside, much of which is designated as a National Landscape Area. But the property is also conveniently close to the centre of Blandford, a popular town famed for its classic architecture, bustling market square and one of the finest Georgian churches outside London. The town has services and amenities for most people’s day to day needs including an M&S Food Hall, Tesco and Lidl superstores, and there are plenty of good opportunities for leisure and recreation. There are several golf courses and sports clubs in the area, Dorset’s renowned Jurassic coastline, the New Forest and Cranborne Chase are all nearby, and there are great opportunities for water sports around Poole Harbour and Studland Bay, generally less than 45 minutes away by car.

Communication links further afield are good, the commute to Poole, Bournemouth and Ferndown is straight forward and easy access onto the A31 provides a quick link to the M27 for Southampton and Portsmouth, and the M3 up to London. The A303 and M3 via Salisbury provide another route to London, and Salisbury is the most convenient station with regular trains to London Waterloo (about 1hr 45 mins).
