This room is rather like a small studio apartment, has good sea views and whilst being part of the villa, is perfect for a couple as it has its own entrance and offers some privacy from the rest of the villa group. It comprises a large bathroom with shower, and double bedroom.
Ground floor:
A very spacious en suite king size bedroom with large sliding glass doors that lead to a furnished terrace, garden and sea views. The open plan living area comprises kitchen, dining and living spaces with stairs to the first floor. There is also a WC on this floor. A well equipped kitchen with granite work tops and high end appliances is adjacent to the inside dining area, and this space, like just about all others in the property has sea views.
First floor:
This floor is dedicated to 3 very spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, two of which are king size and one a twin. All bedrooms on this floor have large furnished sea view balconies, and ample fitted wardrobe storage. The master bedroom also offers a Jacuzzi bath with sea views and twin sinks.
Outside:
The outside space, so important to a Kalkan holiday has been exceptionally well designed and is a truly wonderful space in which to relax, swim, dine alfresco, and entertain. The infinity pool is 8 metres x 5 metres and has a depth of 1.40 metres, and there is a stone BBQ, outside bar with fridge, and dining set up for 10 guests.
Cool stone terraces extend to the front and side of the property, with a garden area and hammock for a shady siesta.

Location:
Sitting in an elevated position at the end of a quiet road in Kalamar bay, this property is in a wonderful location. The icing on the cake is the access to the Kalamar Bay beach club around 150 metres away. Just across the road from the villa, a path leads down past the Kalamar Bay hotel giving easy access to all the beach club facilities and the sea.
