Noise
The development mostly consists of owners and renters and generally, it's fairly quiet except maybe in the summer where people tend to have more parties. It does back on to a railway line so do expect some train noise. It's not terrible but to be expected living in a central location.

Ideally looking for a single tenant or a couple who are respectful and can treat the flat well and can use common sense approach and have a can do attitude.
