Description
Its unique location means you can enjoy the peaceful setting and open green space of the Irk Valley, but with the high-quality retail and leisure offer of Manchester City Centre only 20 minutes' walk away.
Collyhurst is an ideal place to call home for families due to the tight knit community and choice of schools in the area. The location is well served by public transport with several bus and rail routes to and from the city centre.
Collyhurst Village is one of the first phases of Victoria North, the North of England's biggest regeneration project. Victoria North is set to create 15,000 new homes across 155 hectares and seven neighbourhoods over the next 20 years, helping with the shortfall in housing in Manchester.
The redevelopment project will create better-connected public spaces, new and improved transport links, and more homes, parks and retail spaces for the city's growing population.

About Homes By FEC - Manchester
Since 2011, FEC has invested heavily in its UK and mainland Europe developments. The Group currently has over £600m committed expenditure allocated to its various UK sites, including the landmark redevelopment of the iconic Hornsey Town Hall in London’s Crouch End. This ambitious project comprises a collection of high quality residential units, a 67 key serviced aparthotel managed by Dorsett, and a community arts centre.
The Group’s other London developments include Dorsett Shepherd’s Bush and City hotels, with a combined capacity of over 600 rooms. It is also set to develop Consort Place, a mixed-use development located in Canary Wharf which comprises a collection of residential units alongside a hotel, school and health centre.
FEC is the Joint Venture partner of Manchester City Council, having been selected to develop the Northern Gateway, a regeneration scheme which will deliver up to 15,000 new residential homes across a range of typologies and bring significant growth to the city. Sites include MeadowSide, a collection of 756 high specification residential apartments, penthouses and townhouses, and Victoria Riverside, which is set to provide approximately 600 residential units. In addition to this, FEC will also develop a further 80 homes at New Cross Central, and also operates the UK’s first Care Park car parking site which provides approximately 2,000 parking spaces close to Manchester Airport.
FEC also has operations across mainland Europe. In 2018, the Group acquired Trans World Hotels and Casinos, which has five hotels across Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. Of these hotels, three also include casinos either attached or within easy travelling distance, marking the natural progression of FEC’s expansion into the gaming sector. The Group now occupies and manages all five hotels and casinos, with a view to further growing its share of the market.
