The deck offers great seating with a picnic table and rocking chairs and, of course, gorgeous views of the Ocean. The 3rd deck offers expansive views of the Ocean and is well set up with ample seating. You can see the public beach access as you are literally 4 houses down to the beach with easy access via Starfish Lane. It just does not get any better! The owners just purchased 2 brand new heat pump units and a brand new hot tub.
