In the farthest corner of the courtyard is the beautiful home where the owners live with their teenage children. The living accommodation consists of an elegant open-plan living room (approx.43.5m²) with a contemporary kitchen and dining area at the courtyard end, and the sitting area set back, to offer more secluded space for the owners. There is a wood-burning stove half way along the wall of this room to offer warmth and cosiness in the winter, and partially glazed doors on two walls to facilitate the inside/outside lifestyle. Behind the kitchen, there is an entrance hallway with a loo and a spacious storage cupboard under the stairs . Upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms (approx.17m², 13m² and 13m² respectively), a study area (approx: 12m²) a bathroom (approx: 9m²) with shower and double basin and a separate loo.
On the other side of the hall is a private utility room with storage space for the management of the gîtes and B&B rooms.
2. Chambres d'Hôtes (bed and breakfast)
Access through another door takes you into the huge kitchen (approx.31m²) which is where the guests in the B&B rooms are served their breakfast. They can also use this kitchen, if they want to cook for themselves or just relax in a nice space. There are two doors off this kitchen which lead to the spacious B&B rooms, the first of which (approx 18m²) is wheelchair accessible and has a large shower room (approx 4.5m²) and seperate loo (approx; 3m²) both suitable for people with disabilities and a glazed door out to the other side of the building. The renovation of the second bedroom (approx. 23m²) has cleverly made use of the original arched windows to provide a comfortable room with plenty of character. The integral shower room (approx. 7.5m²) has an Italian shower and double basin and the loo (approx. 1.9m²) is again separate.
3. Large Gîte (six people)
This gîte has a really impressive, spacious reception room (approx 53m²) incorporating the kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sliding French windows out to a private terrace. Across the hall is the double bedroom (approx: 13.5m²); a large bathroom (approx. 8m²) with walk in shower and two basins and separate loo (approx. 2m²), all on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor: a lovely double with dual aspect (18m²), a twin room (11m²) a landing and a toilet upstairs (approx.1.5m²)
4. Small gîte (for four people)
Another stunning reception room (approx: 39m²) again incorporating the lovely modern kitchen, cosy dining and sitting area with a wood burner and a partially glazed door to a really lovely private terrace overlooking the meadows. A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom (approx. 10m²), a twin room (again approx. 10m²) both with glorious high beams and big windows with Juliet balconies to the courtyard. The bathroom is off to the side (approx. 5m²) with a shower and basin, the loo is separate (approx.1.5m²) and a dressing room which is almost 5m² and has shelving and hanging space.

The swimming pool is 8m x 4m

The stable block (145m²) houses four loose boxes, the tack room and a office and space for hay to be stored.

The land surrounds the buildings and is picturesque and rolling with the river running through it. There is also a spring with a constant water supply.
