Our home in Poets Corner is a really great family home with three double bedrooms (master being a super king, top floor a king bed and the second bedroom a large double). Enjoying easy access to Brighton, which is 20 minutes away from our local stop, with buses every ten minutes.

The area offers many local pubs and restaurants with a relaxed and vibrant social scene.

The house being south facing enjoys the heat of the sun throughout the day and with its eco credentials stores the heat for it to be released throughout the evening. Our thermal panel on the roof, absorbs the heat from the sun and heats the water tank; reducing the need to heat the water from outside and the resulting in lower energy usage. Even in winter, without the heating on the house rarely falls below 18c.

The house is a great for families and ideal for entertaining, due to its open plan living space. The house is a standout feature in the area, is larger than the average sized house and is tucked away in a quiet part of Poets Corner. It offers the best of being close to everything whilst being quiet and tranquil, for such a central location.
