Bedroom two is a double bedroom, with a window to the rear elevation, giving elevated views over the surrounding area. The shower room has tiled walls, a corner shower cubicle, low level w/c and a hand wash basin.  There is an obscured window to the rear elevation, heated towel rail and inset spotlights to finish.

The property has full uPVC double glazing and gas central heating. The property also benefits from a right of way across a shared driveway to gain rear access.

Outside

Externally, the property has a landscaped rear garden spread across two tiers. The main tier has composite decking with insert lights and an outside power point, which is a great size and has steps down to a lower tier. The lower tier has a hard paved area, and a gate leading out onto a rear service lane. Both tiers are superbly presented and finished to a high standard.

The property also has a garage and driveway, which is located on the other side of the road.  The garage has an up and over door and parking in front for one vehicle.
