In the residential area, we are committed to the luxury market in prime areas.
In 2007 we also decided to bet on downtown Porto and its urban rehabilitation. In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo and during these years we have been giving our contribution to the much needed rehabilitation of Baixa Portuense.
In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the coastal area of ??Foz, where we opened a KA flagship with high visibility.
In 2019, we participated in two Real Estate Shows, launched the first KA magazine and developed other tools in the field of real estate consultancy.
In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let´s help the homeless” - Let´s get a home for the homeless in Porto. In 2021, we expanded the KA brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.
