A Pre-Application under ref: PA20/01864/PREAPP for the development of land for up to 10 houses, land to the east of Moor View, New Road, Landrake, was submitted to Cornwall Council in Aug 2020. An extract from the Councils response dated 13 Jan 2021 states "It is noted that the proposal (the Pre App) is for 50/50 open market housing and affordable housing. This tenure split may eventually be considered acceptable, but to be so any application would have to be supported by a robust viability assessment."
