Description
The property forms part of an established and popular residential area and one that provides excellent convenience for the ever varied range of facilities available in both Stockton Heath village and Warrington town centre. Built to a traditional design of brick elevations, the house has been our clients’ family home since construction – perhaps a further testament to the popularity of the location and local amenities that the area enjoys. Originally designed a three bedroom home, the main and third bedrooms with amalgamated some time ago to create a larger principal bedroom to suit our client’s requirement but this divide could be easily re-instated to provide a three bedroom arrangement if required. An extension to the dining room was also added to provide additional space too. Whilst some updating is required, the house already has gas fired central heating, double glazing set within uPVC frames as well as a modern fitted kitchen. The house is well presented throughout and offers accommodation comprising: enclosed porch, reception hall, lounge, separate dining room with French windows opening onto the rear garden, a modern fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern shower room.
The house is set back from the road with a paved driveway providing off-road parking space whilst, to the rear, the gardens are enclosed and are predominantly paved for ease of maintenance. There are also two garages. Stockton Heath village is a hugely popular locality with supermarkets, eating houses and boutique shops. Warrington town centre, with its multiple stores, is approximately 1½ miles north and there are regular bus services, and the property also enjoys convenient access to the motorway network, which is most easily gained at Stretton (M56 Junction 10 for M6 and M62).
