Owners Insights:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
This flat is the perfect pad for a young professional or couple! In the perfect location, with a great layout and in modern building. West facing floor to ceiling windows get great sunlight and the balcony is perfect for an afternoon drink or tea. The appliances in the flat have all been upgraded within the last 5 years with high end models. The building is well maintained and has excellent sound & heat insulation, neighbourly noise is never a problem. We absolutely love this flat and the area.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
After living here for 8 years, time has come for us to move home to start a family.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
This is the best area in London in our opinion. The flat is in a very quiet, residential area but is close to all the hustle and bustle of Angel, Upper Street and Essex Road. We love that we are 3 minutes from Regents' Canal and use it to find peace. The street is in a Low Traffic Neighbourhood which guarantees low levels of noise and pollution. The neighbourhood has excellent pubs and restaurants within it, and all that Upper St has to offer is less than 10 mins away. Travel to Central, North and East London are equally as easy to make use of all that the city has to offer.
