The mature gardens have an abundance of trees, shrubs and flowers and are a delight to walk through.

The property is located approximately 5 miles south of Dunoon town centre in the beautiful village of Innellan. The village is on the shore road opposite The Firth of Clyde and the property is a short walk from Innellan Bowls and Tennis club.  Innellan village offers a golf club, bowling and tennis club and many hill walks accessed nearby. Dunoon Town Centre approximately four miles away, has a wider range of amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, schools, library, public houses, doctors surgeries and leisure facilities. Western Ferries is located at Hunter’s Quay and offers regular sailings to McInroy’s point which allows for easy commuting by car to Glasgow and surrounding areas.
