Although you associate cottages with being small, this is not the case here. With the design vision of Sophie & Nick they have used every inch of the house to provide accommodation which on paper is 2 bedrooms but is so much more.

The photography here will do most of the talking for me, the quality and use of space, light and colours could not be more obvious.

The bespoke fittings, high-end finish has not aged, and my clients have enjoyed their home for almost 10 happy years - as a family of 3. Their life now needs a bigger home. My clients plan to sell the house without a chain, there preference is to spend the majority of 2025 here, but they are prepared for an early Autumn move for the right buyer and of course - sale price.

If your fitness regime or walking the dog is habitual - you'll be doing that on the River Thames and Ravenscourt Park, which are both your close neighbours.

If you like to stay in West for pleasure - you've got several neighbourhoods close by which all offer a different flavour of West London life and Hammersmith itself has plenty of culture & arts.
