PLANNING
Cornwall Council granted Outline planning permission for up to five dwellings (Ref.PA21/09331) with all matters reserved except access on land south of Chapel Park, Shop, Morwenstow, EX23 9SQ on 27th May 2022. The Vendor has recently instructed the same Architect to submit a new outline planning application for the same description, as the current planning permission is due to lapse on 27th May 2025.
The proposed development will be liable for a charge under the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulations 2010 (as amended). The amount of the CIL liability will be calculated when a related reserved matters planning application is determined. All interested parties should confirm this independently with the Local Planning Authority.
