As you approach The Shippon, prepare to be captivated by sweeping vistas of rolling hills and lush greenery - a picturesque prelude to the stone-clad façade that whispers of heritage and timeless craftsmanship. Step inside, and you’ll be welcomed by interiors that blend traditional warmth with contemporary elegance, creating a home that is both characterful and effortlessly comfortable.

Each room is a haven in itself, with cozy fireplaces, plush furnishings, and natural light pouring through generous windows. Whether you’re curling up with a book, enjoying fireside evenings, or gazing out over the countryside, The Shippon invites you to unwind in style.

Beyond the walls of this enchanting home lies a landscape waiting to be explored. Wander through manicured gardens and along meandering pathways, discover tucked-away seating areas, and listen to the peaceful rhythm of birdsong and breeze - this is a property that nourishes both body and soul.

But The Shippon offers more than just tranquility - it brims with potential.

Set within approximately 3.5 acres of picturesque paddocks, the property comprises a stunning four-bedroom detached barn and a versatile two-bedroom annex, offering incredible scope for multi-generational living or lucrative holiday let opportunities. Imagine the annex transformed into a luxury Airbnb or guest retreat, tapping into the region’s ever-growing demand for high-end rural escapes. With its self-contained layout and private charm, it could generate significant income while maintaining privacy for the main residence.

Families will also appreciate the annex's potential as extended accommodation - ideal for adult children, visiting relatives, or even a peaceful home office or creative studio space.

Equestrian enthusiasts will be delighted by the superb stables block, which stands as a testament to both size and quality. Spacious, well-constructed, and thoughtfully laid out, the stables cater to the needs of serious horse owners, hobbyists, or those dreaming of countryside living with room for ponies and paddocks.

Inside the main barn, generous living spaces await, including a dramatic mezzanine study overlooking the heart of the home - a perfect nook for remote work, reflection, or artistic pursuits. All four bedrooms open out onto the garden, connecting indoor luxury with the calming presence of nature just beyond. Luxurious ensuite facilities, the comforting glow of a log burner, and the convenience of no onward chain add to the appeal of this exceptional home.

Convenient off-road parking ensures easy access, while the sought-after, secluded location guarantees privacy and peace - an ideal escape from the demands of modern life.
