Outside

The property is set within approx. 0.18 acres and is accessed via a driveway off Butchers Lane onto a gravelled off-road parking area. The off-road parking is separated by a stone wall and a gate from the remaining landscaped garden with views to the south over open countryside. There is a stone built shed on the southern side of the plot with a small coal store attached. The most southern part of the shed belongs to the neighbouring landowner.
