Stairs from the communal areas lead up to the front door which then opens into a large living/dining room. The living room currently has an open plan design with the 2nd bedroom which the owners have achieved by removing the separating wall and including an interior persiana. With this persiana raised the living room incorporates this room as a dining area and when lowered it converts back into a bedroom.
