Trend & Thomas has been providing estate agency and surveying services since 1984. At the helm is Neil Guilfoyle, a highly experienced estate agent who's been involved in property sales ever since leaving school. Alongside Neil is his wife, Belinda-Jane, who will be happy to advise you on the best nurseries, schools and all the other important questions when settling into a new area.
