The Glendale is characterised by its classically elegant panelling, its large open kitchen with vast kitchen island and plush barstools and its comprehensive specification including a range cooker. With an impressive front elevation this lodge has two sets of bifold doors which entice the outside in and with the canopy lights you can soak up the atmosphere on your Pemberton deck in the evenings.

The entrance hallway is extremely practical with plenty of space for shoes and coats and the added benefit of a tile effect vinyl floor where muddy footprints are easily cleaned away. Bedrooms are well appointed, spacious and luxurious with generous headboards and co-ordinating upholstered divans with built-in storage. There is everything to love with this

One half of the lodge is the lounge, which has two large twin-seat sofas, plus two armchairs and a large upholstered footstool. A centrally placed fireplace is framed by two tables with drawer storage, as well as a fixings for a TV above. The décor is modern, with a twist of traditional styling, and two side windows add to the airy and spacious feel of the lounge. It’s a lovely comfortable area you can relax in with friends and family.

The open-plan lounge is joined by the dining area which has an extendable dining table complete with six upholstered chairs. There’s also a large kitchen island with two plus barstools which look onto the L-shaped kitchen. The Glendale’s kitchen has plenty of wall cupboard storage and worktop too, plus a large skylight makes sure lots of natural light can come flooding in. There’s a microwave and range cooker, plus a large fridge with separate freezer and dishwasher. We also added the wine cooler to this home as an optional extra.

The utility room is complete with sink and drainer and the washing machine with dryer. The grey and white colour scheme is very contemporary and a splash of colour can be added with your chosen accessories.

There are two bathrooms in the Pemberton Glendale holiday lodge. The main one is opposite the twin bedroom and consists of a good-sized waterfall shower and a hand basin opposite, with storage underneath. The En-suite bathroom is accessible through from the master bedroom.

Opposite, is the twin bedroom with two adult-sized beds and a double wardrobe, again finished in grey and is a great size for both children or adults.

From the twin bedroom you can walk into the master bedroom where the grey theme continues, including the large headboards. There’s a large dresser unit offering excellent drawer storage along with a large mirror and conveniently placed mains sockets. The room has two windows allowing plenty of natural light to enter. A walk-in wardrobe offers oodles of storage with drawers, shelves and hanging space – there might even be more than most users would possibly need. Through the walk-in wardrobe you come to the En-suite and it follows the same theme as the main bathroom.

The third bedroom has a double bed and a dresser and is in same colour scheme as the master suite. It also has a double wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
