Charlton Park is a 5 minute walk away - with a lovely coffee shop. Other parks within walking distance are Maryon Wilson and Maryon parks and Hornfair park. Greenwich Park and Blackheath are 1.5 miles away - you could walk or take one of the multiple buses there. The Thames is 1 mile to the north - great for walking, cycling and running along the Thames path, and the house is level with the Thames Barrier which you can see from the front of the master bedroom. Charlton Village is less than a 5 minute walk away and has a Co-op for last minute shopping. There is a doctor's surgery less than a 1 minute walk from the house.
