The house was built in 2010 as a wonderful retreat inspiring energy and tranquillity. With views over the island of Mallorca all the way to the sea and the island of Cabrera, the property is a project by a well-known Feng Shui master.

The design of this place prioritises the health, well-being and prosperity of the person.

The property offers a spacious home set on a plot of 18,453 m². The protected property allows privacy and the possibility for the perfect relaxation. The sea view can be enjoyed from the pool and from the many terraces. In the main house, on the ground floor, there is the entrance area with living room, dining room, kitchen and guest toilet. The upper floor is divided into the master bedroom with office and terrace, the bathroom and another large room with terrace. This floor has two terraces and a small balcony. There is a guest apartment with kitchen and bathroom, as well as a separate living room with another large terrace, accessible from the outside.

The whole house is equipped with modern under floor heating, as well as a double-sided fireplace, which provides cosiness in the living and dining room in winter. The floor is made of high-quality natural stone flooring and bamboo parquet. The bathroom is equipped with the precious glossy plaster Tadelakt, according to an old Moroccan craft. Sanitary equipment by Philip Stark and Dornbracht complete the exclusive design.

This house has a water heat pump, as well as a solar thermal and photovoltaic system, and thus uses the natural and sustainable resources of sun and water to generate heat and hot water. The property has its own water supply and is connected to the public electricity network. It also has shielded electrical wiring and mains isolators to minimise electrosmog. To ensure that the house is free from geopathic stress, a special foil was incorporated into the ground.
