Pennell & Partners do not charge for floor-plans, we put them on every property brochure and on every property on the internet as they are an invaluable sales tool.

We have distinctive gallows style for sale boards helping your property to stand out and advertise your property 24 hours a day.

Staff Visit

At Pennell & Partners we believe that, to best sell a property from the office, our sales staff should have first-hand knowledge of your property; to this end we will arrange for at least one of the sales negotiators to visit your property so they know exactly what your property is like.

Viewings arranged to suit you

When arranging viewings on your property we can offer several options to suit you; all viewings will be arranged by appointment, we can accompany them if you wish, if you would prefer you can show them around, alternatively if you prefer we can securely hold a key for us to show your property - or any mixture of the aforementioned to suit.

Viewing Feedback

With Pennell & Partners there is no more waiting for days to find out what the viewer thought. We guarantee feedback within 24 hours following a viewing. We will always give truthful feedback so we can monitor any changes that may help the saleability of your home and advise you accordingly.
