We are offering our 3 bed flat to rent as we are  moving out of London (but staying in UK). 
It has two double bedrooms and one single. A spacious living room, an outside balcony, fitted kitchen, seperate toilet and bathroom.
One of the great things about the flat is that you do not have any shared walls with other neighbours, only downstairs.  This makes the property fairly quiet (for London!).
The bathroom is fairly dinky which is why we say 3 people max, more than that sharing might find it difficult. We think its ideal for a couple,  especially if you want a live/work home office set up. The building is wired for fibre ISPs if you want to set one up. You will be responsible for bills including gas, electric and council tax, and any internet and TV licence. The property is council tax D, currently £2,035.52 p.a  in Barnet. We will be responsible for general upkeep including block service charge. The building is serviced by Barnet Homes. 
The flat will be let unfurnished,  it currently has some furniture in it, which you may or may not want. For example there is currently a super king bed in bedroom 2, but we are happy to get rid of or donate to the new tenants any furniture.  Your choice. However we  won't be maintaining/ replacing any furniture hence 'unfurnished'. To be discussed. 
We are initially offering a 6 month tenancy but happy to extend this after that initial period,  if all parties are happy, as we would  prefer good long term tenants 
Locally available are a good selection of shops, its a short walk to Waitrose or Aldi. It's about a 10 min walk to West Finchley tube, and North Finchley bus station is close. Plenty of green spaces nearby including the shared communal grounds. There is a residents car park but no dedicated space unfortunately.  There is free parking in the surrounding streets.
We won't be renting to anyone we haven't met so we highly recommend coming to have a look if you are interested.
