Entry to the renowned Otto building is via a concierge operated lobby that wouldn’t be out of place as a five-star hotel reception. There are two security pass activated entry points before you reach the front door, making the building incredibly secure.

Upon entry to the apartment, you are greeted with a sense of scale. There is a separate storage and utility room as well as WC to the left, with the main space laid out open-plan.

Emphasising the ceiling height, huge floor to ceiling sliding doors dominate the external wall, leading out onto a ground-floor terrace that overlooks and has it’s own gated access to the park.

A lounge area fits in front of one set of doors and feels homely even within the scale of the space.
The other side offers an open plan kitchen and dining area. Perfect for entertaining, the view across the space and out to the park can be enjoyed from the kitchen counter.

Hackney Downs Station is the area’s key rail hub. It offers fast and regular London Overground services to Liverpool Street (about 10 minutes), ideal for commuters and city workers. Hackney Central Station is a short walk away, expanding connectivity via the Overground to Stratford, Highbury & Islington, and westwards towards Shepherd’s Bush. There are also numerous bus routes and cycle lanes around the borough.
Close by you’ll find Hackney Downs Studios, a creative hub hosting independent businesses, artist studios, cafés, and event spaces. Great for artisan coffee, workshops, and supporting local makers. Pubs and restaurants are plentiful in the area. Our current favourites are Casa Fofo for fine dining or Uchi Bake, a Japanese bakery and sushi spot.
