***THE LOCAL AREA***

Strategically situated at just 15 Km from the historical cities of Alicante and Elche, and bordered with miles of golden sandy beaches and a great natural reserve of pine forest. These villas are situated in a quiet residential street within walking distance from all amenities. A well equipped commercial centre, a leisure centre, a superb promenade, dozens of restaurants and terraces, clinics, Spa and all municipal offices make this area an ideal spot. Just a short drive away (3,5 Kms.) you will find the typical fishing port of Santa Pola, the old plaza's and many places to enjoy Tapa's, Paella and all fresh seafood. Access through the National Route N-332 or nearby A-7 will get you quickly in and out of the area without any trouble at all.

Gran Alacant is essentially a big urbanisation and a suburb of Santa Pola. It has several commercial areas, a market every Thursday morning and a Tourist Train, which is a great way to discover Gran Alacant as it runs through the area connecting everything. There is a stunning cliff top walk to the lighthouse and another one at the base of the cliffs through the pines.
