To get to Coast House, 1 Woolahra, Mortehoe from Webbers Estate Agents in Ilfracombe, start by heading southwest along Ilfracombe High Street and continue onto Church Street. Turn left onto Wilder Road (A399) and follow it out of town. After a few minutes, take the right-hand turn onto the B3343, signposted for Woolacombe.

Stay on the B3343 for about four miles. Just before reaching Woolacombe, turn right at the sign for Mortehoe onto Mortehoe Station Road. This road leads you into the village. Continue along the main street, Woolacombe Road, then turn left into Woolahra. Coast House is located at the end of this quiet terrace.
