A few metres from La Almadraba beach, in El Verger, and just a few kilometres
from Denia, this new sustainable residence is born.

This project defies convention with the firm intention of turning the

a sustainable, healthy and respectful community.

Always seeking the utmost respect for nature, the project is conceived with
brilliant sustainable strategies: rainwater collection, channelling and reuse
systems that will give life to a lush sustainable ecosystem; refreshing
