The Advent Tarragon Lodge provides a home-from-home in tranquil, countryside surroundings located on one of our stunning Riverside plots.
This lodge is full of character and comes with double glazing, central heating and decking with an added feature of what the owners like to call the viewing room where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside and wildlife, including the stunning Marsh Harrier birds.
The entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining area and viewing room are all open plan creating a spacious living area. The living room has 2 bay windows and patio doors allowing the natural light to make the space feel much bigger, brighter and airy. Leading onto the wooden decking that wraps around the lodge there are glass panels to the front so you can take in the view from the comfort of your sofa. The kitchen is fitted with an integrated fridge and freezer. There's a new washing machine plus dishwasher and also a brand new boiler was fitted last year housed in the storage cupboard in the kitchen.
The large main bedroom has bedside tables plus a walk in wardrobe which provides lots of space for your holiday wardrobe. It also boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room. A corner shower cubicle is accompanied by a wash basin and WC, giving the main bedroom users some additional privacy.
The second room is more spacious than your usual holiday home with built in wardrobes and bedside tables.
In the main bathroom there is a full size bath with an additional WC and wash basin too.
