Description
The house, which has undergone extensive refurbishment, is situated in a very quiet village, to the west of Sant Lluis, providing the owner with maximum privacy and tranquility.
The rear sun terrace and swimming pool is very low maintenance, with mature planting surrounding and overlooking countryside. It is fully gated from the main street entrance and also has a useful wood storage house and shaded terrace for enjoying alfresco meals in the peak summer seasons.
Inside is a modern but sympathetically designed kitchen, with excellent cupboard and storage space. There is a dining space which communicates perfectly with the kitchen, both of which are flooded with natural light. There is a separate lounge, which is cozy with its wood-burning fireplace, yet very bright and airy, with the additional benefit of a sunroom. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
The first floor provides two additional bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and a second bathroom. The proportions of this charming house are generous and well distributed.
This stunning property also includes private, off-street parking for two cars, air conditioning throughout, double glazing and a large garage and utility.
Biniparell is a small village in Sant Lluis. It is surrounded by land and vineyards. The airport is a 15 mins drive away, the nearest towns are Mahon, Sant Clemente and Sant Lluis, and the nearest alternative beaches / resorts are Cala Canutells, Binidali, Es Calo Blanc, Binisafua, Binibequer and Punta Prima on the south coast, Es Grau and Cala Mesquida on the north coast.
Sant Lluis is a traditional Menorcan town, very close to the south coast just a few kilometres from the capital of Mahon. The coast line is home to the stunning coves and beaches of S'Algar, Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Son Ganxo, Biniancolla, Satalaia, Cala Torret, Binibeca, Binisafua (Binissafuller), Es Calo Blanc and Cap d'en Font.
Sant Lluis benefits from being a 5 minute car trip to the capital, Mahon, or in the opposite direction a 5 minute journey to some of the most stunning beaches on the south coast of the island. The town itself is quite flat, people are warm and welcoming and there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, ice cream parlours, banks and even a petrol station.
Additionally, Sant Lluis has its own aeroclub, where flying enthusiasts can take flying lessons, or just an aerial tour of the island. The main airport is a 10 minute drive away from the town.
