The property has white painted rendered elevations beneath a felt, slate and tiled roof, and is served by double glazing, and gas fired central heating. The house has been well maintained during the present owners’ tenure, and comprises a charming home suitable for family living, a single person or couple, be that on a permanent basis or for use as a second home. It has plenty of character and adaptable accommodation, arranged over two floors together with a loft room access via a ladder. There is also access from the landing via a ladder and skylight to the roof, from which there are spectacular 180 degree views across Porth Diana to the sea, and inland towards Snowdonia.
The kitchen incorporates a range of wall and floor units with cupboards and drawers beneath work surfaces, 2 oven gas fired Aga, and integrated dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer. There is a also a wall mounted boiler within one of the cupboards. The kitchen is a light and airy room, with plenty of space for a 8 person dining table and chairs, and bifold doors opening out to space for outside furniture/small BBQ area. Through the house is the sitting room, which is a lovely cosy room with impressive open fire. At first floor level there are three bedrooms, two of which are interconnecting, and all have space for wardrobes. The shower room is well appointed and spacious.
