Location
Denys Road is a very popular location and has a thriving community. To walk to Totnes there is a pathway at the top of the road which takes you to The Grove School whilst at the other end of the road there is a pathway to take you to Warland close to the Steam Packet and the lovely walks of Sharpham Estate.

Totnes is a medieval market town which is surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside of the South Hams. Exeter Airport is 30 miles away (approx. 40mins) giving direct flights to London, UK and Europe. The A38 giving access to the motorway network is about a 10 minute drive.

From The Plains proceed to New Walk continue to the end and take a sharp right up St Peter Quay, proceed up Moats Hill and turn right into Maudlin Road. Denys Road will be found on the right hand side.
