Ref. Chalet Bettey - Chalet Bettey is an idyllic 2-bedroom chalet sat in its own tranquil clearing in 30,000m² of forest in Le Coupeau. It has the most stunning, south-facing views across the Valley towards the pistes of Bellevue and up to the Aiguille du Midi and the surrounding peaks.

The chalet is on two floors. The ground floor has a dining room, kitchen, storage and entrance, while the first floor has the main lounge, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. A large south-facing terrace offers year-round sunshine with the most wonderful views across the Valley. The property also has a modern 1-bedroom guest house with its own shower room. There is an additional ground floor storage cave and a small mazot currently used for storage.

Our opinion
Chalet Bettey is one of a kind, truly unique. It has its own forest, a unique view of the surrounding peaks and sat in a haven of tranquillity. Situated in a natural zone, it will remain as special as it is now for many years to come. The living space could be internally extended into the cave to create an extra bedroom.

Location
Nestled in the woodland of Le Coupeau on the opposite side of the Valley to Les Houches centre. It is 3.5km from the Les Houches centre and 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Chamonix.
