The Property
We are delighted to bring this top specification, pre-owned 6 Berth luxury lodge to market. It is perfectly positioned to take advantage of delightful views on the banks of the River Earn, therefore early viewing is highly recommended.

Measuring approximately 40 ft by 20ft, this luxury lodge boasts ‘Canexel’ cladding and insulation, double glazing and gas central heating, and is suitable for all year-round use.

The interior features a neutral colour palette, with a mix of carpet and wooden laminate flooring throughout. The spacious, open-plan lounge / kitchen / dining area is bright and welcoming, thanks to a high-panelled ceiling and windows on all sides that let in plenty of natural light. This lodge is tastefully furnished and fully equipped for holiday use.

Two sets of double French doors open from the lounge / dining area onto a charming deck overlooking the river, complete with wooden patio furniture. This is the perfect spot for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the views.

The lounge area includes a cozy seating space with a wall-mounted fire and TV, while the dining section, located opposite, features a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with stylish wooden cabinets, complementary worktops, and built-in appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.

The generously sized bedrooms are currently configured as one double and one twin, although both rooms are large enough to accommodate double beds. Each bedroom is furnished with spacious free-standing wardrobes and bedside tables. Additionally, the twin sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space for two more people.

Both the bathroom and en-suite shower room are finished with high-quality fixtures, including modern suites, vanity storage, and heated towel rails.
