A guest suite is available for your friends and family to stay in. As a resident, this also entitles you to utilise guest suites at all Churchill retirement developments across the country.  (There is a cost, and this can be obtained from the on-site manager)

Each apartment at Mitton Lodge has an emergency Careline system installed. The in-house manager monitors it during the day, and the Careline team monitors it out of hours every day of the year.

Careline has installed an integrated intruder alarm, secure video entry system, and sophisticated fire and smoke detection systems throughout each apartment and communal area, which provide unrivalled peace of mind to residents and their families. 

Mitton Lodge requires at least one of the apartment residents to be over 60 and any partner must be 55 or older.

Parking is available; however, it is limited.

Each apartment is fully electric and double-glazed.  Residents will pay the electricity and council tax, as these costs are not inclusive. 

There are communal laundries for residents to utilise. There is a kitchen area also to make use of!  

A bus stop is just outside Mitton Lodge, making it ideal for those who don't drive or wish to use public transport. However, Stourport has varied amenities, including the riverside and canal areas, eateries and other places of interest to visit.
