What made you choose the property when you bought it ?
For a two bedroom house it was very well maintained, roomy and even the loft was easily accessible. The garden was just the right size and could park right outside the house. Everything was local - shops, doctors, dentist all within easy walking distance. Even the station wasn’t too far into London and the coast.

Love the amount of kitchen cupboard space and often have large family/friend gatherings.
All our neighbours are very friendly.
Garden is east facing so all the garden has some sun and some shade during the day.
Very peaceful area.
Walking distance to swimming pool, shops and amenities.
Lovely walks into the countryside in all four directions from the house and several National Trust properties within easy driving distance. Penshurst Place is only 15 mins away.
3 stations are within 2 miles with a journey time into London in around 50 mins.
Local primary school has an “outstanding” Ofsted rating in 2025.
The coast is only an hour away.

This property is ideally situated in a popular residential area close to the centre of Southborough Village and within walking distance of well reputed Junior and Senior Schools in the area. The A21/M25 road link is a short drive from the property as is the railway station which operates a fast service to all London MLS. Tunbridge Wells Sports and Indoor Tennis Centre is also a short walk from the property and there is a regular bus service to Tunbridge Wells town centre which offers a variety of shops, restaurants and theatres.
